Q. Do you make cakes for birthdays or corporate events?

A. Yes we do. We provide as much attention to detail as to all our other cakes. Cakes must be booked at least 1-2 months in advance and pricing starts at $150.  For more information, please contact us.

 

Q. Do you do naughty cakes?

A. We do not provide services for adult-themed cakes.

 

Q.  What should I bring to the wedding consultation?

A.  Anything you have that is an inspiration to you for your event. Such as pictures of the bridal gown, invitations, swatches of fabric.  Also, feel free to bring pictures of cakes you’ve looked at online, be it here or other sources.

 

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept cash, interac and all major credit cards. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

 

 

Q.  I am having my event outside and I think it will be hot that day.  Will that be a problem?

A.  It is not advisable that any of our cakes are placed at an outside venue in temperatures above 74 degrees or in direct sunlight for any period of time. If your event is  at an outdoor venue,  it is recommended that the cake is kept indoors and presented to your guests just before serving.

 

Q.  What is your refund policy?

 A.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and please be prepared to return the uneaten goods that you are unsatisfied with.

 

Q: Does Temi Bakes have a store that I can pop into?

A: There is no storefront available at this time. All items are baked to order and we require appointments for consultations.
